This nail salon is fabulous! The ladies are super kind and do a wonderful job. Large choice of nail polish, great pedi chairs.

I’ve been going here for years, and the service has been steadily declining. At least three of the massage chairs don’t work properly (or don’t move up and down your back or the functions won’t change). The attitudes of the ladies are not always kind either. I kept giving them another opportunity to step up the customer service, but I think it’s time I found a new nail salon. Save yourself some frustration and go elsewhere.

Had a pretty great pedicure however I highly don’t recommend getting a nail set there. The women who did my set could not follow simple instructions and when I started complaining she became very unprofessional.
Will NOT be coming back.

After visiting once in February to get my nails done for a video shoot, I was hooked. I visit every 3-4 weeks, and everyone there is so welcoming and sweet. The woman who runs the salon always has fantastic nails, and I know she gets them done here because I've seen Kristy working on them.
Kristy always does my gel manicure, and she is fantastic at working with designs I'd like. She is very careful with her lines and always makes sure I'm happy.
The pedicures are awesome too. They spend a considerable amount of time pampering you, and never hurry you out.
The prices are on point too. Extremely reasonable for the quality. Tip these wonderful people well, they deserve it!

Same issues as anywhere else. I have gone here a few times...when desperate and was never completely satisfied. No one can ever give undivided attention because they are pulled to go provide other services (eyebrow waxing) or they are in such deep conversation with their co workers that they arnt paying attention. One if the main ladies is only concerned about money....she is impatient and has cut me really deep with the drill, increased prices for services once completed, left the edges of my nails messy, and when I have asked her to fix it she got upset and began speaking in her language so I could not understand. Cleanliness seems to not be a priority as tools are just thrown right back in a tin can and the nail colors on the swatches do not always match what they have, which is really frustrating when they argue that its "the same." I will NOT be returning and I do not recommend this shop.
