The owner did my daughters knotless braids and she did such an amazing job. She was very sweet and very gentle on my daughters head and especially around her edges. It was unbelievable how super fast she braids!!!!!! I will not trust any one else to do my daughters hair from now on. I will be a returning customer and I can’t wait to come back to get my knotless braids done. Thank you

Great customer service. The owner is very polite and friendly. Called around to other places in the area, and not one was as welcoming as her. I highly recommend this shop. Also, the work is very high-quality.

Worse customer service ever. Had to pay before I got my hair done. The style wasn’t what I asked for, she was rude and I’m only on my second day and my hair style looks two weeks old! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Save your money and your time.

Professional and quality service. I’ve been going to M & S for several years and have been very pleased. I have recommended this place to others and others concur that the service they received was excellent. I will continue to recommend M & S.
