HORRIBLE SERVICE.I WENT YESTERDAY & I ASKED FOR A FULL SET ACRYLIC, THE LADY DID MY NAILS & THERE WAS NO PROBLEM. WHEN IT WAS TIME TO PAY SHE TOOK MY CARD SWIPED IT & THEN FOLDED MY RECEIPT UP & HANDED IT TO ME FACE DOWN. WHEN I TURNED IT OVER THE TOTAL WAS $41 FOR A FULL SET ACRYLIC. I INSTANTLY ASKED WHY DID I GET CHARGED SO MUCH B/C WHEN I GO TO GET A FULL SET GEL I PAY $40 LONG. SO FOR THEM TO CHARGE ME MORE FOR ACRYLIC I WENT OFF THE LADY ARGUED WITH ME AND ACT LIKE SHE DID NOT KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT THEN SHE GRABBED MY HEADPHONES & I ASKED HER TO LET THEM GO SHE DID NOT SO I HAD TO SNATCH MY HEADPHONES AWAY FROM HER. THEN AFTER GOING BACK N FORTH FOR 15 MINUTES SHE FINALLY STATED SHE WILL ONLY CHARGE $35. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!

I love this place....AMY IS THE BEST.... THEY TAKE THE TIME AND MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE YOUR NOT A DOLLAR SIGN...LOVE THEM

I went in to have my brows arched and the lady immediately was disappointed because it was a cheap product purchase.
I specifically informed her that I like my brow straight with no arch. She screwed my brows UP. Round arch and all! I went back to have her correct it and she claimed that I did not tell her when I absolutely did!
She will never have to worry about me visiting her store again. Ten dollar arch was garbage could’ve done a better job myself. Maybe this is why she had only one customer.

Worst experience getting my nails done ever! I recently moved to duluth & this is close to my house. I've came here twice & the first couple times were great but the 3rd time i took my sister in law for her birthday & they misunderstood what she wanted done & were EXTREMELY rude to her. I wanted to walk out but didnt. I do not recommend this place.
