I went here last week for the first time to get a manicure and was thoroughly impressed with the professional service I received. The nail stylist who began my manicure shaped my nails to perfection unlike any other stylist I have been to before. I had another stylist put on the color and her technique was precise and left my nails shiny and fresh looking for a week. This manicure lasted through heavy workouts, constant showers, and sweat. When I was leaving the shop I forgot to check the nail color. Both stylists help me find it and I was very grateful. I highly recommend this salon. Be sure to make an appointment in advance though.

Quite the disappointment. My girlfriend called at 9:05PM to ask them what time they would close. They said 10:00PM so she showed up at 9:20PM and while there weren’t that many customers inside already, they refused to service her using the excuse that “we’re closed” when your website says 10PM, your other customers and employees said 10:00PM. My girlfriend was going to get a simple manicure that would have taken 25-30mins tops. They didn’t even give my girlfriend a chance to speak or to even be checked out by one of their nail tech.

Based on their other reviews, it doesn’t seem like their work is the best either. She will be taking her business elsewhere gladly. If you are from NY, specifically Queens, avoid this place. It’s ridiculous how they treat people there and if they mess up they won’t refund or redo the work they did for you.

Went twice and both times the nails had to be redone because they used bad polish and pretended to not notice. They then demand a tip. Also half the people in the room are not masked while having out loud conversation re not being vaxxed

They refused me service an hour before they closed for a simple regular manicure and my friend received a mediocre manicure that didn’t even last three days before. Waste of time and money
