I love this little gem. If you're looking for fancy, move along, but if you're looking for great service you'll find it here. Ann has been my nail tech for 23 years. Her work is impeccable, she's friendly and doesn't rush. The other technicians are equally talented. Book an appointment or walk-in you won't be disappointed.

Great Customer Service... they took their time and didn’t rush my pedi or full set. There was a little wait time but it was worth it! The outcome I’m very satisfied. They even stayed past closing hours to service those that came in within the last hour and not one complaint.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! AND TERRIBLE NAIL WORK. I needed acrylic nails and gel polish removed for medical reasons. I requested removal, manicure, nail hardener, and regular polish. The acrylic was not properly removed, I was given a 2 min manicure and to my surprise I was given a clear top coat instead of nail hardener. My nails were all different lengths and shapes. The polishing was horrible! I complained to the owner who told me my nails were “ugly” because I just had acrylic taken off. She then told me I could not get colored polish because the hardener (which was actually top coat) was too thick. I asked for my money back but she resisted. I then asked for my nails to be fixed. She yelled at me in-front of about 10 other customers and say NO! I told her to stop yelling and ties showing her my nails again. She walked away and started yelling in her language while the other techs laughed. Nhi (the only good nail tech there) offered to fix my nails. She ended up removing a ton of residual acrylic. She gave me nail hardener and a colored polish. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP! *I have attached a pic of my nails initially then after they were done over with color.

I just left here. Although I waited forever to be seen (I was a walk in) and it was very hot in there it was worth the wait Ming (hope I spelled it right) was very detailed and Did a great job with my gel manicure and pedicure. I didn’t like that she couldn’t speak English well which is why I’m doing 4/5 stars but I wil definitely come back.

I’m updating my review and making it 3/5 stars because it hasn’t been 24 hours yet and my toe polish is chipping 😒
