Using same nail tools client after client.. not okay!! Too bad because they are talented. Talent doesn't make up for cleanliness however!! Tried them for 4 rebases!!

So I have made the mistake of trying other places while I'm out and about, and never again will I go anywhere else! This place is AMAZING in every category. They can do next to anything with nail designs, they will go get you drinks if you need it, they are awesome with they're regular customers. It's a super clean and cozy warm environment. They are FAST and take nail design to a new level if you like the more unique and complicated designs. They go out of they're way to make sure all they're customers are happy and I wont ever waste my time and money going else where.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is by far the worst place I've ever had the misfortune of getting my nails done! The woman who started doing them was so bad, they had to file the dip off and start over. She ripped my natural nail with her machine. The guy who took over then treated me like I did something wrong. I left with extremely thick nails that are lumpy, jagged, and completely uneven. NEVER get your nails done here!!!!!

I'm very picky with my nails, and very specific about my nails designs. I can always bring in a reference image from Instagram of how I want my acrylic set to look, and Ken always gets my nails on point.
Super chill atmosphere, and reliable service 💖
P.S.(but don't expect your nails to last longer than 1-2 weeks. They always come off sooner than they should)

I have searched for years to find a nail salon that i love. And i Love Nail Concept. Ken and his wife Liz are the best. It is such a friendly environment that is filled with many jokes and laughter.
