Walked in today and the lady was literally laying down with a pillow and blanket! She looked annoyed I woke her up. I asked how much for a fill for ACRYLIC nails and she said $25 and color $5 extra! I turned around and left since it was expensive and she was sleeping anyway. Just had no professionalism whatsoever

Came in for eyebrows ($7) and was there for 4 hours. I asked if credit cards are accepted, and was told yes. After they were did one eyebrow, I was told I have to spend $10. I agreed to do my nails, hence the wait time. When I was finally seen for my nails, I told the tech I wanted stiletto pointed nails. She scoffed and said it would be $8 extra. Not once have I been charged extra for shaping of nails. I told the tech, never mind, I'll do round instead. She looked at me and seemed to ignore my comment. I sat there for an hour watching her butcher my nails and cuticles in unsanitary tools and decided not to argue since I had waited long enough. She got up a total of 5 times to work on customers that had only just walked in. In the end, I got uneven round nails with an attempt at a point which she argues is what I wanted. I refused to pay the $8 extra for work I did not receive. She loudly argued, and finally agreed to take the $8 charge off, but not before snatching my card away from me and stomping and slamming everything she came across. I have never experienced this sort of disrespect from anyone. It was an embarrassment in front of my young siblings. This place should consider more staff for the workload and people that aren't trying to cheat you.

rude and very unprofessional worst customer service, first time there I didn't get a service done I decide to walk out and take my business somewhere else. I don't recommend this place that explains why this place always looks so dead.

She is really ruff, I have never jerked my hand back so many times... place is dirty
