I walked in two employees looked up at me and didn’t spoke, so I sat down and waited. Five mins later other employees greeted me and asked me if I had an appointment (I didn’t I’m new to town and figuring things out).This place was appointment only, either way horrible customer service, could’ve been because I was black or wasn’t a regular..idk.. no excuse is good enough to ignore a potential customer.

Rachel is a nail goddess! Always gives me exactly what I ask for. Very clean, kind, and professional service. Love this girl!
