Yesterday was the first time I ever visited this nail shop!I loved everything about it! Me and my daughter both got pedicures and she got a manicure and I got a fill-in! Very professional nice and prompt! I definitely will be back!!

Seem to be kind and sweet people, but I went in there at 4:00pm and didn’t receive full service till 7:15pm. I watched people come in after me and be taken care of, to be exact at least 10 people came in and out before I was even seen, or finished being taken care of. And they only do walk in only. They close at 7pm and I was the last person to leave at 8:10pm. A guy working there had to even remind the ladies working to not forget about me after 2 hours of me sitting and waiting for someone to finish. I was moved seat to seat lady after lady doing 1 thing (not even finishing that thing) then moving on to another lady and doing her nails. My nails look completely rushed, unfinished, un even, crooked, splotchy, and just over all done with very poor care. Not only for me to have to waste about 4 hours of my day waiting but just only to receive nails that I was not happy with, cuts on my hands from poor care and pay $65 for is terrible.

The guy at station 4 did my nails. They're decent but they usually do better. I knew it would cost about $45 (average price) HOWEVER, he did NOT inform me it would be an extra $10 because I got a different color on each nail AND another extra $10 for coffin shape, and $5 for what I thought was a short length. My nails definitely were NOT worth no damn $70. TELL YOUR CUSTOMERS THE COST BEFORE THEY GET THEY'RE SERVICE!! Won't be back.

I’ve never been so dissatisfied with my nails. I normally go to Nails88 but tried this place because it was closer. Not only did he (not sure Of his name) not do what I asked and provided a picture of, but my nails felt so weak. Like I was afraid they’d break, and two did. 6 days after I got them done. I literally scratched my head and a nail broke. Not to mention the lifting at the cuticle days before then. He couldn’t do ombré and instead of telling me that he did what he wanted with the ombré kit….. they lie about their wait time and overcharge for everything. I have to just take this L, which is fine. I left with them, but let me save someone else 100+ dollars…

I have been going to Kelly’s every month since 2019. I started going back once Covid regulations were lifted and have always had good experiences. However, since December 2020, each experience has deteriorated. My last visit was in March 2021 and unfortunately, I am switching to a new salon in Sango. I have nothing bad to say about their pedicures but their manicures are off base. The pricing is fine but the dip manicures are uneven and thick. This last time, the lady didn’t give me a manicure where she shaped my nails correctly nor groomed the parts around my nail. When the lady put the top clear coat on for my dip, she didn’t file down the sides of my nails so my nail was super glued to my skin on two nails. I had to fix this problem at home and took me 30 minutes to do. She also didn’t clean underneath my nail so it was a clump of dried clear polish that I had to clear out myself. It’s sad to see the quality go down but after 4 visits there, I have decided to leave after being a loyal customer. I hope you fix your problems and focus on quality so in the future, you can keep your customer base.
