horrible experience. sat me 15 mins after my reservation, and then rushed through my pedicure. Terrible customer service. There are too many other good nail salons near by - definitely won’t be back

Wendy, Julie, Kim and Kay is always professional and kind. I have been going to coco spa for almost 2 1/2 years and is very happy with the service.

Not going here anymore! They used to be good but they're too busy now to care. I had an appointment with myself and college daughter and were rushed through our mani pedi. They didn't even file my toe nails, barely did the bottom of my feet. I guess if you're not spending 75.00 for a special milk & honey pedicure they do a rush job. On to the manicure, I guess they don't soak your hands in the warm water bowl anymore, rushed again, poor job, and no thank you for the 10.00 tip. Just rude and unprofessional, not to mention overpriced for a very bad job.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE . Terrible Customer Service.
I unfortunately had to give one star to write a review - DO NOT GO HERE.
My nails were filed down with a buffer, the friction burnt my nail looks RUBBISH.
The quality of work was just not here. Very disappointing experience.
In fact, I wanted to take the polish over so I would do it on my own.
Anyway, what I am really disappointed with is the attitude of responding to customers.
The poor reception attitude has cleared my mind to visit here again, She wasn't frendly at all. Unfortunately, I do not remember the her name.......don't want. She did not even try to listen to me.
Anyway,
Let's add some others what i experience this place......
Poor reception service, slow job speed like snail, poor language skill( they speak chinese ..Vietnamese... and poor manner, bad smoking smell & food too, (I thinks they smoke every minutes). I never felt this annoyed about a nail salon before.
I got bunch of community friends.
I will strongly recommend this wonderful nail salon.
