I’ve visited this nail salon several times before. I always get an sns manicure (dip powder) and a pedicure. The last time I was there (about a month ago), I realized after I got home that the lady (short, older, thin, black hair, glasses) didn’t clip my cuticles. I went back today for my usual services. I noticed again that she (a different, younger girl) was about to dip my nails without clipping my cuticles, so I asked her to do it. When it came time to pay, it was the older lady who took my payment. She charged $80. Pedicure is $30, sns manicure is $40. What’s the other $10 for, you ask? For cutting my damn cuticles! Is that not a part of a manicure? Are these nail techs not supposed to take care of their client’s nails? Clipping cuticles is not an “extra” service requiring a separate charge. If it is, why is it not listed on the price chart hanging on the wall?! Shameful customer service and price gouging. Cheating people out of a service that is a part of any standard manicure. They’ll never get another dollar of mine!

I loved this place!! I'm from another town and needed something quick. I have never had dip before but I love it.

They do a great job! They do need more help but it is worth the wait and the prices are great.
