Great service my nails look great. Tina was amazing, my nails were broke & peeling from picking off dip polish. She was very gentle, polite & somewhat of a perfectionist. Spoke perfect English. All around great experience. Will be going back.

I live near by and I popped over to have my gel nails removed. First woman was very nice, asked questions and began working. After finishing one hand, a woman came in asking for a manicure. So another tec began working on me. She didn’t ask any questions and began to try and file my nails with the electric file, which I had told the other woman I didn’t want. She insisted on using even though the other Woman had done my entire other hand without using it. I politely put my foot down because it makes my nails extremely brutal.
Ashley worked on my hands she asked no questions aside from are you sure you don’t want something else done, are you sure you don’t want to manicure, are you sure you don’t want more gel. I continue to tell her I don’t normally get my nails done and I only had them done for my wedding. At the end she has me go wash my hands and I see that two full nails still have polish on the sides of them. She had not bother to check. When I pointed this out she began filing my nails in the middle of the salon.
Although I do not get my nails done often I know what a common nail experience is and this was most definitely subpar. My gel nails are off but my nails still look worse for wear.
I get the feeling they would’ve treated me better if I was paying for a more expensive service

Technicians are so kind and friendly. My nails always look amazing and my gel manicure lasts.
