Very very bad customer service. Very rude. Their job is unbelievably bad. My polish was in-completed on my toes and they refused to fix it!! I can’t believe it!! I received 2 different colors on my nails. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

They are very funny and kind their wax is great and they help you in any way they can I will come back again amazing customer service

I have been a customer for 2 years now, my entire family (me my husband and daughter) come for manicures and pedicures weekly. To start off the owner who took over 2 years ago (the man) polishes terrible, the polish is all uneven, bumpy and all around the skin. All the women except one polish extremely nicely but the problem comes in with their customer service. If you make an appointment for a certain time, they will disregard and take a walk in instead. I will no longer be a loyal customer due to my recent experience. I had an appointment at a certain time and was 10 minutes late due to parking, the response i got was "you're late so we took other customers" but how about all the times that i came on time to my appointment but had to wait an HOUR because you disregarded my appointment?? Or when I was on time and was told to come back in 2 hours but when i came back 2 hours later I STILL HAD TO WAIT???? Terrible terrible customer service!!!
