Came in here as a Walk In on a Sunday and luckily they were able to accommodate both my mom and I for a manicure and deluxe pedicure. The place is clean and well organized, the music playing was very soothing and the temperature inside was absolutely perfect. Bonus: there is an air purifier here! The deluxe pedicure was amazing ! I felt renewed afterwards. My manicure was great and both nail techs took such good care of me.
I look forward to coming back and I highly recommend this place to others.

First timers today and over all they were amazing. With the holiday around the corner they were super busy but they still took their time and had so much patience with everyone. We will definitely go back. Kelly, Aaron and Tommy were amazing. Thank you for a wonderful experience!!!! Look forward to seeing you in the near future.

I returned to my favorite place now that I have been vaccinated! Some new changes, new chairs, decorations, and decorative foot bowls. As always the place is immaculately clean and smells fresh. Great pedicures and manicures. They DO NOT rush you! I love Tommy & Kelly who are the proprietors, as they are always attentive, polite and welcoming. I would not want to go anywhere else! This is by Paesanos Restaurant, so don't confuse yourself with any other nail spa!

I spent some time researching a good place to have my nails done, I care a lot about quality and convenience. The Nail Spa was a GREAT choice! I walked in and was immediately greeted and asked what service I wanted; I was led to a socially distanced seat and offered a drink (Water, cocktail, coke, sprite). Within three minutes, my nails were being serviced by Tommy--someone every customer seemed to know by name--so I knew I was in good hands! Tommy asked what I wanted, then walked me through every step of the process from color options to shape and length, he was not pushy and was not rushed at all. I had his full attention the entire time and could tell he took much pride in his work; he continuously filed and reworked my color mixing until he reached perfection! The blending in my powdered ombre set is flawless, each nail matches the one next to it, and there is no awkward ridge that I've experienced with other powdered sets. I would highly recommend The Nail Spa, the place was clean and very nice, the service was excellent, and the quality of service has been the best I've experienced in San Antonio.

I love everything about this family run business. Kat & Tommy always remember my name even if it's been several weeks between visits. The salon is spacious, serene, and emaculate. Every nail technician takes exceptional attention to detail. A regular pedicure can last well over 90 minutes. You will be lulled to sleep with a luxurious foot bath & expert foot & leg massage. Enjoy a chilled glass of wine, soda, or bottled water.
I HIGHLY, highly recommend The Nail Spa, you will not be disappointed!
