I will not return to this shop! I paid $110.00 for mediocre service. This shop definitely caters to young asain women (that's who I was referred by) but I was treated terribly

This is may have been my 3rd time coming here since I was away at school most of the time this was the only salon I knew that did a good job. Unfortunately, I will have to find another place to call home. To begin with, I came in and sat down. I was greeted and told it would be 15 min. Since I'm not that familiar with the area I waited. 15 min turned into 20 min. I got up to leave and she said she was almost done. I waited an additional 10 min until she was finished. I needed a fill-in and one nail repair. She starts on my nails then all of a sudden starts popping them off. She says they're lifting when they weren't and some a few she had to literally force off. So, I ask her will I have to pay extra for the nails SHE removed. She tells me it would be $50! So, I'm like nothing was wrong with my nails before I came in here. Then she says she'll just charge me $35 for the fill-in plus 4 nail repairs in which 3 she took off!!! At this point, I'm annoyed because a new full set is $40! She starts talking in whatever language and then everyone comes over to look at my nails. So, I was basically a display. The last straw is when she cut one of my nails too short and made it round instead of square. I bring it to her attention and she says when she cuts it before she puts the powder on she can't tell how short it is...so I have two nails that are short and pointy compared to the square nails! And then they force you to get gel basically. I gave them two stars because 1. the salon is clean and 2. the gel polish came out nice. So! I wouldn't go here unless you're a regular or one of THEM! They're rude! Over Priced!
