This is one of those nail salons where the staff talks trash about you in their own language, right in front of your face. Really bold. Little did they know, my friend understood bits and pieces of their conversation. There is one girl in particular who is especially rude and avoids eye contact with the customers, not to mention she was talking trash about the customers who were walking in. Fortunately one other manicurist appeared to not want any part in the trash talking.
When I walked in, I asked for just a basic/standard mani/pedi, and the guy at the front handed me some nail colors and told me to pick a color. It seems that he was trying to trick me into getting a gel mani when I didn’t ask for one.
If you try to cheat your customers, you won’t stay in business for very long.
Two stars because apart from the staff, the place had a nice ambiance.

Worst experience ever! I got a basic mani-pedicure spa, the lady that did my pedicure did a great job tho, I wish I had asked her name, but the girl that did my manicure was something else! She was really rough and hurt me while cleaning my nails and cutting my cuticles. After she finished she left me in the chair and left without giving me the flip flops or helping me in any way...and I was the only one left there...after a while I started calling out for help..."HELLO...EXCUSE ME...HELLO...I'M STILL HERE...HELLO" so eventually she walked by,looked at me and left again, then came back with the flip flops in one hand and a CORN IN THE COB in the other one...and she tried to put the flops on me with both hands while still holding the corn...yes, seriously, I'm not exaggerating! She didn't spoke any english so it was useless for me to say something, she put my shoes inside my purse while biting her corn and left. I'm still amused!

I have been a regular here for years and I love it! I get an acrylic fill every few weeks and Ooan (might be spelling it wrong) is amazing. She is accurate and does a beautiful job. I get in an out of there in less than an hour!

Usually I do not care for quick nail salons but I make an exception here. LoAnn the manicurist upgraded my services and performed a massage so eloquently on my hands, arm and neck that I want to live with her. The pedicurist Jenny was very sweet. This is my quick go to place in Burbank

My favorite mani pedi place in Burbank!! This spa is so nice and attentive! Love the staff too :)
