I kind of want to leave one 2 star review and one 5 start review. My eyebrows came out amazing but my nail experience was a bit odd. I felt profiled. I was asked to pay for my nails in the middle of them doing them. As in the lady grabbed my bag and said “you pay now” I don’t have foot fungus or asked for anything crazy I got clear on my fingers and one simple color on toes. I had already paid for eyebrows. It’s like having a waiter come up to you in the middle of a bite and asking for your card Before you finish eating except in this case, the lady literally made sure to grab my bag herself. I would go here again because it’s just in the neighborhood but dang….do better.

Very disappointed in the way that we were handled my daughter was told she was “too dark” for a certain color that she wanted, which was only a nude color so then we went with French tip instead, and it wasn’t clean. I’ve been coming here for years, so I was just really disappointed to see how the prices have increased and the service has went down. This was $90 total and the flower looked more like a snowflake. Not what we asked for….

It was the first time I decided to have my nails done at the salon. At the beginning I was excited and the person who greeted me was trustworthy. I expected her to do my nails, but the other person who had an attitude towards me the whole time told me she was about to start doing my nails. She avoided eye contact and communication by all costs, which made me super uncomfortable. I chose the color at the beginning, and then she was about to put glue and artificial nails on my natural nails which needed treatment. Come on, I have so many sets of artificial nails at home and I was so fed up with glue making my nails suffer. This was the reason I came to the salon, if I wanted artificial nails, I would have stayed home.
During the process I noticed that all instruments were taken from random places and did not look sterile. On top of that, the lady put the gloves on for 5 minutes and worked the whole time with her bare hands. What made me very uncomfortable is her trying to push my cuticles with her own nails 😭.
She tripped my natural nails so much that they look like a 6 y.o. girl's painted nails for the first time. And it was $55!!!!! Excuse me...
If you'd like a professional, sterile, welcoming attitude, please, never consider this salon.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I went for hand and leg waxing, and the whole process was extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional. They asked me to remove my clothes for the waxing but didn’t provide any towel or wrap to cover myself, which made me feel exposed and uneasy. To make matters worse, the bed I had to lie on was filthy – they didn’t even bother covering it with a disposable sheet or clean it before I used it.
On top of that, one of the staff members made a very offensive and racist remark about my hair growth, comparing me to her brother-in-law, who is also Indian. She mentioned that he had thick hair, implying that all Indians do, which was not only inaccurate but highly inappropriate.
I would never recommend this salon to anyone. Hygiene and respect for clients should always be a priority, and this place clearly lacks both.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Beverly's Nails and Spa. The person who did my nails, who I believe is the owner, was incredibly disrespectful and rude. When I mentioned that she was shaping my nails incorrectly, she snatched my hand and threw it back, which was very upsetting. This has happened multiple times before, and I usually let it slide and fix my nails at home, even though she charges a high price.
Given the cost, I feel I should be able to request a correction without being treated poorly. However, she became very nasty, didn't finish my nails, and still charged me $50. I had to re-file my nails myself because she told me to do so and then come back to get them painted. When I called back to say I had finished filing them, she rudely told me she was busy and didn't know when she could paint them.
Overall, the service was very disrespectful and rude. I would not recommend Beverly's Nails and Spa to anyone.
