Went to get my nails done again yesterday. I showed the lady the picture I wanted and I told her I want the exact shape color and everything. I also told her that the nail on my pointer finger is crooked. She basically did whatever she wanted and I told her that’s not how I wanted my nails, and I don’t have time to stay here and watch you try to fix it. Then she had the nerve to try to charge me 50 dollars for work I didn’t want or didn’t like. This is worst experience I have had here and when I told management she kept trying to make excuses on why she couldn’t follow simple directions.

This was my nails salon for 2 years. We moved to a new city, and I wish I could have brought the salon with me! Nga is fantastic. Truly the best. If you are able to call ahead and make an appointment I would request her. I never waited longer than a few minutes. She always took her time with my service to make sure I was happy and my nails or toes looked great. Excellent customer service and very hard working. She is so very sweet. You will not be disappointed.

After a terrible experience at another salon where the nail technician cut every single one of my cuticles with her rotary tool, I came to Alamo nails after reading the great reviews. I can attest that this salon lives up to its reviews!! Cindy is amazing, and does a great job every time. I told her that my cuticles are sensitive, and she is always very gentle on them. I've gone to this salon several times since then, and always leave with my nails looking amazing, and my cuticles intact. The salon itself is beautiful and clean, and it's always a great experience. Thank you Cindy! See you next time!
