Famous Nails have been taking care of my nails and feet for several years. This week I took my 3 granddaughters for a birthday celebration. They were so accommodating and made it a special day for us all. Thank you Famous Nails.

It was so relaxing that I went to sleep in the chair. The lady just let me sleep in the chair for quite some time after she was done with the pedicure. They were all so nice, pleasant and very professional.

I came to this nail salon on my birthday in January. I simply wanted a acrylic nails, my nails were not even to each other and very crooked. When i told the woman doing my nails that they were crooked she told me it was my fingers and not the nails..?? I am used to how acrylics are and how they feel on my nails but after I left the salon my fingers... not just my nails, ached. Mind you I came into this salon four months ago and my nails are still damaged! It took forever to remove the nails and once I did my nails underneath were destroyed! I understand how your nails might look usually after removing acrylics but my nails never looks like this before nor hurt like this! When I tried to make conversation with the women she looked at me and started talking to her co-workers. Also not to meantion she was distracted by sharing her seat with her dog... unprofessional if you ask me. I do not recommend this place for anyone.

I'm not very happy with these. This is how I left the salon. The first time this nail tech did my nails (full new set) I ended up with a weird shape and several breaks with in a week. I've never had a problem like that before. There were also gaps between my real nail and the acrylic nail that were not sealed. When I came back two weeks later a different nail tech asked me where I had them done prior because they were very thin and poorly applied. She looked shocked when I said I'd had them done there. Tonight I came back to get a new fill and the same nail tech who did my botched new set did the fill. He seemed angry for some reason and didn't seem to want to be there. I can understand a person having a bad day and I believe in giving him a 2nd chance. Unfortunately the above picture is how I left the salon. I had brought my own polish. It did look like it was a little thick. Normally when it is like that the nail tech will add a drop or two of nail polish remover to the bottle and it will thin it down. The nail tech didn't do that or ask me if there was another color I would like to put on if this nail color was too gummy to apply. (I had a back up in my kit that I had brought with me) Instead he continued to apply the gummy polish and make wrinkles and bumps. I noticed right away and didn't say anything thinking he would catch on and do one of the two options I've mentioned above. Instead he continued and when he was done pretty much dismissed me to the couch in the waiting area and then stormed off to the back room. Never in my life have I come home and immediately removed nail polish that was put on at a nail salon and repainted it myself. I've been going to this nail salon for several years but I don't think I'll be back.
