Really unfortunate experience today. I have been coming here for years and have loved the service I have gotten here. Recently, I got a gel manicure somewhere else and within 5 days 5 of my nails had peeled off. I went in to Green Nails today at 4pm and asked them to do gel on the 5 nails that had come off. They said they could only do it if I got a full gel manicure on all 10 nails. I stated that I was willing to pay for a full manicure (cut cuticles etc) on the 5 nails I needed repaired. Despite them having 3 employees free to do the manicure, they turned me away. It’s a shame, because up until now I have loved coming here and they had been accommodating.

This nail salon is fantastic. Not only is the salon well appointed and calm, but the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. I received one of the best manicures here and will now make this my go-to salon. I also appreciate the fact that you can easily book an appointment via google.

Flew into San Francisco for my sister's graduation and we wanted to go to a spa that had vegan products. The women were very friendly. We both got Mani & Pedi with design. I got pretty simple flowers and it turned out so pretty. She even used warm lotion. So relaxing!

Everyone is very nice and attentive. Did my nail beautifully! All I had to say was to "even my nail length out" because I broken a nail and she did the perfect tip without me giving any hint! I haven't been to a nail salon in many years so she had a lot to work to do with them.
