I come to this place for a last minute pedicure. They are almost always available to take an appointment and the only time I've been turned away was when they were very busy, which I understand. I rather go to a place that can take me right away as oppose to waiting for hours on in because they want my money. Since I've only gotten a pedicure here I can only speak on that service. It's a decent pedicure for $35 and it does come with a soft scrub massage and an oil massage as well with hot stones. I love that this feature is built into their basic pedicure option. Most places it comes with all the other options except the basic. I personally enjoy the set up of the pedicure area. It's set up like a very intimate space. It's a little darker than the front and very relaxing. They have 10 chairs and 2 TV's. For a quick pedicure (30mins) it's not bad at all.
*Notes for improvements - let customers sit a little longer in the water and scrub a little more... Get in there! :)

Walked in for a full gel set, was seated fairly quick. I asked for almond nails and received oval nail, when asked to have them corrected they were not, then all but one have started to pull away from my nail beds in under two weeks. I do not believe the service was worth the high price. Will not be returning.

I got my eyebrows done here. When one person told the woman that was doing waxing that she had a customer she rolled her eyes. And complained in a different language. Then after she was done she didnt even clean off the wax. And I had to fix them when I got home. Will never go back and do not recommend this place for waxing to anyone

The Place is nice, and clean. But the service I received for the price I paid, was not worth it. I paid for a standard Pedicure and a Gel manicure. Each cost $30. I was attended to by Kai.
The Pedicure was a joke, the guy barely scrubbed the bottom of my feet and didn't use anything for calluses, and I have. No place I've ever gone to hasn't used something for them. The massage was also a joke. There was no massage... he rubbed my feet for 30 seconds, and when he did the scrub it was only about 5 seconds.
When it came time for my gel manicure I didn't get a massage at all nor did I get any kind of Cuticle Oil, let alone some lotion for my hands. The application of the polish was done not that well. I have polish on my skin and my cuticles. He also didn't clip off any skin that was sticking out on my cuticle or around the nail... it just looks rough. I had to go back in a clip some of it off myself. my hang nails weren't taken care of either. I was sloppy work. I'm so incredibly disappointed in it.
The atmosphere is chill and the chairs are great, but maybe the gentleman attending me just hates his job or was rushing because he was hungry and it was lunch time. it's not an excuse, honestly. They also charge you for paying with a card. for $60.50 not including tip, I expected better work. I've paid way less and gotten much better service.
