I used this place more than once because it's the only place I knew. Rude guy but whatever. Last time my clock needed work I didn't want to leave it for six months again, so I found someone else. They found that Swiss House had left one of their work tools inside the clock which is why it didn't work correctly. Fixed it for a great price and it's running perfectly. Swiss House guy is a jerk...

I already went twice in three years. And here they sell cute antiques. I bought a pendulum clock. :)

Awesome local business! Very knowledgeable owner and great value on repairs. I brought in a watch for a new battery and was in and out in under 10 minutes.

I have enjoyed seeing this man and his wife on many visits.
He went out of his way to help with:
1) A battery change and replacement, 2) replacing the crystal on my Bulova to 3) cleaning the contacts from battery corrosion in the hopes of avoiding a replacement of the watch movement.
I have an older Bulova Marine watch from the 90's. When everything else failed we realized it would need a new watch movement.
In order to keep the costs down, he knew the citizen movement was cheaper and could work for my Bulova. Especially since the Bulova movement has been discontinued.
Not only is there a lot of sentimental value in the watch, this watch was one of few that has links available to add for people with big wrists. Other watches companies wanted me to buy the whole band and use what I needed. A replacement was going to be expensive.
Thanks for a job well done at a price that I could afford.
