They made me wait 2 to 4 hours many times, I waited because of one person did a good job but that person has recently been very disrespectful. When they do your toes they take the plastic out of the basin it exposes you to the basin which is not a clean practice. I have had to have them wipe down surfaces because it felt unclean. Since the one person who does a decent job makes you wait hours it is not worth it. I had an appointment every time and her answer is I am very busy.

It's a few steps away from me...that's a Big plus
my nail tech is very good...she does a great job on my foot n hands....I don't go unless she's there.

Love going here. The service is great and everyone is welcoming and friendly (unlike many other nail salons). Victoria is the bomb! She takes her time when doing your nails. She takes the time to stop and make sure you're satisfied before moving on. Her work is neat and original.

The ladies here took their TIME! I LOVE that they did this to make sure that I got the shape, size and style that I wanted for my pedicure and manicure. They even filed off my nails on my toes, painlessly, no heat on my nailbed and gently. I had an amazing experience and I will definitely come back for a touch up!

I was a but nervous bc it was my first time going to a different salon. They did an Awesome job and I am someone who is very picky. So 5 stars definitely
