This nail shop was a nice place to get my nails done until I was pushed to the side. On Monday morning I got there at 9:15 am. Joy started working on my nails until a customer came in who had an appointment apparently at 9:00 am. Joy says to the client “I tried to call you to see if you were still coming”. The woman replies, “ I know, I couldn’t get to my phone. So Joy asked her can she wait or come back, the woman says no I have things to do... I’m sitting there thinking, I hope she does not stop doing my nails for this LATE customer!! Do you know that’s EXACTLY WHAT SHE DID!!! She stop doing my nails to take this customer that came in late for her appointment. My money spends just like hers, my time is more precious just like hers. Joy just lost a valuable customer. Bad Business Etiquette!!!

The staff is friendly and accommodating. One of my favorite things about this location is the myriad of colors to pick from, regular or gel. The gel polishes include the color changing ones. They can also make any color matte. They also have a growing collection of SNS dip powder. If you're crazy (or particular) about colors, definitely check this place out; Joy the owner keeps the nail polish stocked with new colors very frequently!
They also provide waxing service. Joy is the best! She's been waxing my eye-brows for about 10 years. I have cheated on her before during emergencies, but I am never as happy as when she waxes my eyebrows.

Joy and her husband are super nice. I really enjoy going here to have my nails done and they do a great job every time! I've never had any issues with Nails N joy.

Ann was simply a pleasure to work with and get service on with my toes and nails. Her boyfriend and her are great people and we had nice and thought-provoking conversations while the service was being done. Always a delight! Will come back for sure.

They were very nice. Took me right in without an appointment as decided to go last minute. Happy with my nails. Next time a pedicure.
