Honestly I wish I could give them no stars. 1st off they They show me a new Chrome nail it was horrible. 2nd she was trying to charge me again For their gel Polish being horrible. I got my toes repainted because it looked like a toddler did them. Again they tried to charge me twice for their mess up. 3rd when I spoke to the owner he agree acted off it was my fault. One of the ladies tried to argue with me about it . This place is horrible!!! Don't go!!!!!!!

This is the only place I will go to have my nails done. They are always courteous and they do a great job on my nails. Very satisfied customer..

Oh hell No!!! Not ever again. I was so frustrated when I left this place. When I walked in several woman from, oh I don't know, Korea or Vietnam yelled something at me I did not understand and then one grabbed my hand and hurriedly sat me down. She then looked at me and said, " What you want " so I said very clearly in English, " I need an acrylic fill in and would like a gel polish and I believe the name on the bottle of the gel polish is Cotton Candy". She then picked up some aluminum foil and wrapped each one of my fingers in it and soaked off my awesome acrylic set.!!! When I tried to tell her I did NOT want SNS I just needed an acrylic fill in with gel polish she starting cackling something to her other cohorts that of course I could not understand and said again, " What you want? I said, " A one eye' d one horned flying purple people eater ", she looked at me, started to push back my cuticles but I had ...had enough. I got my purse and told her they owed me a damn set of nails. Please learn to speak English Kim's Nails it's just a good business practise to adopt because I rather doubt you have EVER walked into say oh, I don't know...AutoZone and asked for hub caps and then the store clerk walk out to your car and rip off your windshield wipers blades.

My daughter and myself were there on February 24, 2018. I have been here in the past and received quality work... On this Saturday work was horrible... The same nail I got repaired, has crashed in the same place... I work out of town so I need quality work... Looks like I have to find a better place... Don't pass me of too a rookie, like my money is not good enough... O last but not least, they discriminate against black people... White people are catered too... While we get eye rolls and ignored... Not ever again.... BOYCOTT THIS RACIST BUSINESS!!!!

They do ok on nails, i use to get my eyelashes done here until the lady tried to hold me down after trying to get up b/c my eye felt like it was on fire. will NOT be back for that reason.
