Last week I visited this salon for a simple hair cut. I was told it would be an hour before someone could help me so I did some shopping and returned 50 minutes later. The two stylists on duty were helping other customers when a third stylist checked in and proceeded to escort me to her station. She was very friendly. We discussed how I wanted my hair cut and she proceeded. I have short hair and require trimming often. I have never had a stylist start at the neckline but this was the case. When she finished, my hair was the shortest it has ever been, much like a guys cut. The right side above the ear is only 1/4” long in an area the size of a half dollar. The left side is longer. The top is litterly chopped in places with areas 1/2” longer than the neighboring strands. It is totally impossible to repair this cut until it grows. This is the worst cut I have ever experienced. My husband was shocked when I returned home looking like I had cut my own hair. Actually I could have done a better job than this. The manager needs to heed to the quality of service being provided or this shop will be closed.

Very disappointed with this cost cutter location. I have taken my 3 boys to this location many times, and about 6 months ago we tried a cost cutters in fort collins and prefer that location. The cuts and survice at the Windsor location have been decreasing in its quality, so traveling to the better quality cut in fort collins didn't bother me. Today we decided to get a quick hair cut for just one of my boys back at the Windsor location, and we walked in 35 minutes before closing time, and with no one but the hair dresser in the building we were expecting to get our son in right away for his hair cut. NO, we were turned away because she, "decided to close early," and said she, "wasn't going to cut anyone else's hair today." Frustrated with her response we left of course and headed over to another local hair salon, Hair and Company. My son was given a GREAT hair cut there, along with above and beyond customer survice. We will NOT be going back to the Windsor Cost Cutters and I highly recommend others to choose a better hair salon.

I scheduled a haircut for our toddler and we arrived early. We were seen almost immediately, there were no other customers or evidence anyone had been there all day. When I made the appointment, same day, the woman I spoke with acted as if they were swamped. I asked for a fade with a disconnected top for a comb over type look for our two year old. He really despises haircuts, but we were managing, and she was patient and nice. Two stars because she didn't do a fade, she cut his ear going around it (I held his head still), and when blow drying his hair, the setting was too high, and his scalp became incredibly hot. The cut cost $13.00.

I will never go back. I asked for my daughter's hair to be cut to the bottom of her neck and the stylist kept cutting and cutting. When I said something about it she just glared at me. Then she kept rubbing her hands like something was wrong. Tow days later I find head lice in her hair. I'm very certain she didn't have them before her haircut. She hadn't been around other children for several weeks. Worst experience with a haircut ever!

BrieAnna did a wonderful job on our 15 month old son's hair. It was his first haircut and he was unsure and a little nervous. BrieAnna was sensitive, caring, professional and did an extremely thorough job. She listened to what we wanted and did exactly that.
