They do walk-ins and they do mask or no service!! On that note if you make an appointment there's a 20 deposit.
But they're amazing place get all ur needs!

Before COVID-19, I was getting my nails done at Joy Nails. However when salons/nail shops opened back up after the brief closure, my friend recommended me to this location. So I was giving my business to this place since June. Simon did a great job as my nail technician. However on 09/04, he has lost a client due to scheduling or the lack thereof. I called on the 08/31 and requested an 3:30 appt. for the simple fact that I would come there straight from work. So I arrived early and went in to confirm my appt. Unbeknownst to me I wasn't even scheduled down. So the receptionist asked me what my name and # was and passed the schedule book to some lady. The lady is going ask me nonchalantly did I rescheduled. You would think if I rescheduled then you would find my name and # in the book..Duh!! Keep in mind that I work in Sandy Springs to drive all the way to Kennesaw to drive all the way back to Conyers which is where I reside to NOT HAVE MY NAILS DONE!! So I wasted my time and gas,which I can't get back. NEVER WILL I RETURN!! YOU WILL NOT GET THE OPPORTUNITY TO WASTE MY TIME AGAIN OR LET ALONE GET MY $!! SORRY SIMON..NO MORE $ FROM ME! BLAME THE RECEPTIONIST!!😡🤬🤬

They are very professional. Their nail services are outstanding. The salon was clean and organized. Everyone was also very kind. I love this place! Make sure to schedule an appointment in advance.
