This store is fine as long as you know what you want and where to find it. Other than the registers and the dressing rooms, no one seems to work there. If you can find someone that works there and ask where to find something they just point to the far side of the store and say "over there". On the positive side the store is very clean and the merchandise is displayed in a way that makes it easy to browse.

Great Shopping experience. Great prices on a variety of items. New styles, new designs, and new brands. Great sales, discounts, and coupons. Many have a Sephora within the store.

This JC Penny's has gotten better, clothes used to be strewn every where. I had very helpful service today!

Extensive inventory. I would buy more from them if they had more staff to provide customer service and cashiers to take my money.

JcPenny may be on the verge of bankruptcy due to many factors. The JcPenny in Glendale Galleria surprisingly was good. The store was reasonably clean and items stocked with actual prices easy to read. Prices were reasonable though it was only 2 days after Xmas. Cashier service/checkout was okay though a few more cashiers to help ease wait would be appreciated.
