I’m sorry for those of you who’ve had a bad experience here. I personally love this place and have been coming here for almost 12 years, no matter whether I lived near or far. Cindy is THEE person to go to for pedicures for sure. She’s a spunky, bold, and blunt woman. Love her. As for my finger nails, I ALWAYS go to Sharon. She’s attentive, patient, and sweet and has a wonderful personality. Same way most men are about their barbers and sticking to one barber, is how most of us women are with our nail techs. So I’ve stuck this place for YEARS, as I said. It’s clean in here. There’s never an AC issue in the summer, and never a heat issue in the winter. I’ve witness them deal with crazy customers for years, and every time I’ve witnessed it, they were never the problem.

Go somewhere else. They don’t take their time to finesse your nails, they don’t lotion or massage your hands like most places do. My hands were dry, my nails were too short (I wanted pointy) it wasn’t buffed neatly so the polish just looked awful. I’m very disappointed with this place.

Ivy always does my nails so nicely, but the hygiene standards are average.

By far THE WORST pedicure I have ever recieved! The tech did not bother to clean or scrub my feet when I complained they said they did not scrub my feet because my feet are already clean. So I told them if my feet are already cleaned only charge for the polish since you wont clean my feet and they told me that they will charge full price because they used the water to wash my feet. WHAT?! The quality of work for the money is TERRIBLE dont waste your time or money at this place.
