A great place on campus to get a haircut. Very friendly and they do a great job. Just be sure to make an appointment online.

Vivid is definitely my favorite salon in the Columbia area. The shop has a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere, and all of the stylists are so sweet! Hailey is my stylist and always knows how to rock my hair whether we are doing a haircut or going with a color. I recommend Vivid to all of my friends and coworkers!

Went in to get my hair cut/ colored, showed them photos of what I was wanting and they completely boutched my hair. The last thing the stylist said to me was, “hope you can learn to love it.” I left the salon crying , it was choppy, uneven, the color was terrible, and when I spoke to one of the owners it was made out to be my fault as if I didn’t communicate enough what I wanted. While refusing to refund me so needless to say do not recommend at all. I went to another hair salon to get my hair fixed. They felt so bad for me that they gave me a discount and a couple hair styles said that my hair cut was one of the worst they’ve ever seen. So many other salons in Columbia more worth the time and money! I never write reviews but could not about this terrible service.
