The nails looked beautiful leaving the salon but broke hours later when I itched my nose. Seems like it was filed down too thin. Super disappointed. $65 for a simple fill that didn’t last. It was my first time going in and was planning to go back bi-weekly but I might just go back to my other salon.
Edit to add: I went back and it was fixed free of charge but another nail broke in the same way the following day.
There is a slight bulge on the acrylic towards the acrylic and the nail they fixed is crooked.
Will not be returning.

One stars because the said sorry and gave me some of my money back. But that’s just because I can’t give 0 stars.
I left before they finished my nails. The product and service was the worst I’ve ever experienced.
I’ll start with comments on the actual nails. I should’ve walked out when she was speeding through them. It felt like she was trying to win fastest application. Didn’t even touch my cuticles and applied tips on very unevenly.
When I walked in, I asked if they had time to help me. They said they did but right before it was time to place the paint on she said “Now we wait for it to dry.” Acrylic was already dried. She went to work on another client, we weren’t waiting for it to dry.
After 20 minutes of waiting I put $60 cash on the table and told them I had to go. I felt like if I didnt pay the full thing they would accuse me of theft. They said they would be with me in one minute and tried to talk me out of leaving.
Once I was out the doors, two of them followed me out. They said if I don’t come back now then I should come back later today to get everything finished. While they were talking to me, one of them put their hands on me and was pushing me back into the door. I had to yell at her to get off of me and I hurried away. Before I crossed the crosswalk she caught up to me and gave me $20 back and apologized.
This was the most unprofessional business I have ever been to and I will tell anyone and everyone I know to not waste their time or money here.
If you don’t have time for walk-ins then tell the customer that. I could’ve went else where since I was on a time limit. Also, don’t lie to your customers! Don’t tell me we’re waiting for it to dry when I know that’s not the case.
LASTLY DONT TOUCH AND FORCE CUSTOMERS TO BE THERE.

I’ve been getting my nails done at Jolie regularly for the past couple of years and they do a really good job!
Couple of things to know though. As far as I can tell, they don’t actually take appointments. If you call, they will say you have one but they don’t record it and when you come in you will be placed in queue same as anyone else that walks in. It can be helpful to call ahead during busy times though—which is basically any time after 4pm. They will tell you if they are busy and give you a time frame to come in based on the people there at that moment.
The other thing is that there’s only one tech that does acrylics so you can end up waiting quite a while for her if that’s what you need to get done. They will often have someone else prep your nails then leave you waiting without any explanation as to what’s going on.
I recommend going in the morning or early afternoon when they’re less busy. Otherwise, you may have to wait for half an hour or more.
Other than that, they really do a good job and they are very nice! They have a HUGE selection of colors too!
Update: they have brand new pedicure chairs that are super nice!

The nail technician was kind enough to fit me in on an hour’s notice. They did a super clean dip removal and clean French tips. Convenient location too.
