I was a walk in and they were very accommodating to what I wanted. Nail Bar Milwaukee was super nice and the staff is very friendly. Love my nails I will definitely be back! Lots of add ons but worth every penny.

They were wonderful and my hands and feet look beautiful. Had the new gel put on and it's so
shiny. Great experience and safe.

Edith did my acrylic fill and did an amazing job!! Personable, clean, professional, and made sure through the process I was getting exactly what I wanted. I felt very safe with their covid procedures and will never go anywhere else again!

Pros:
Friendly front desk employees
Clean environment
Nail technicians don’t talk to each other while giving services to customers
Some nail technicians are friendly
Timely/Online scheduling
Cons:
The environment isn’t relaxing.
The music was fast/upbeat. Normally I like that kind of music but not for a pedicure where I’m trying to relax. It’s not relaxing. It was too loud with all the chatter in close proximity. Again not relaxing.
The bench at the pedicure station was hard and uncomfortable- you are sitting up straight the whole time with no ability to recline back. There’s no shield/physical barrier between you and the other people on the pedicure bench. I would’ve appreciated a fabric curtain or something similar so I could have more privacy
The little decor pillows next to me had string hanging off. It should’ve been trimmed off. It’s not a big deal but just an example of a missed small detail. Also how sanitary is it to have these little pillows there that hundreds of people are touching even if they are “sanitized”?
I opted for the longer lasting 7 day vinylux manicure. What a disappointment. I got the manicure on a Friday.
The next day I noticed some significant polish chipping. I contacted them and they got me in to fix it the same day which was great.
The girl who “fixed” it was not friendly, distracted, didn’t make any effort to talk to me, seemed kind of annoyed, and was going to put the wrong top coat if I didn’t tell her that was the wrong one.
2 days later the polish was chipping significantly. I just took it off instead of going back- it wouldn’t of been worth the hassle at that point.
The “longer lasting” polish lasted 3 days total! That’s less than regular polish.
The different types of nails polishes could be separated better for example on separate wall displays versus on a continuous shelf
No real street parking. You either have to park far away or in a cramped parking awkward parking structure.
They charge you extra if you decide to pay with a credit card. With Covid you would think they’d prefer credit instead of cash for health and safety purposes.
This place is supposed to be the best nail salon in the area. I don’t see it and didn’t experience that.
Hopefully they will make improvements in the near future

I want to start with this nail salon is adorable, clean, great vibe. My nail tech was super sweet. However, this is grossly overpriced with extra fees that were not discussed before I went to register to pay. I booked for a full gel set, expecting to pay $65 (which is on the high end for the area). I had a picture off their Facebook page that I showed them. Well when I went to pay it is was $90!!! I was not informed it would be extra for the no chip or what they considered a “design”. This is design was nothing complex. I understand there may be additional charges but these have always been discussed before proceeding. To top it off, it’s been three day and the polish has already chipped. I have NEVER paid this much for a manicure. Sad to say I will not be going back.
