I have been coming here for more than 5 years and was so wrongly treated that I’m NEVER going back. I always use Shelly and asked if she would be available and was told “we’ll see”. As I was getting my pedicure another woman came in and Shelly had her sit at the table next to her since she was with another customer. When I was done with my pedicure Shelly told me I’d have to use someone else because she had another customer. Well that someone else was Mae so I sat with her. Another woman came in and asked if Mae was busy and they had the NERVE to pass me along to someone else!! I politely let them all know that you’ve passed me along to 3 people and this is NOT the way to do business. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!

I have been going to La Belle for 5 plus years and recently they keep hiring new people who don't know what they are doing. So finally I called and made an appointment with Shelley who knows that I have been going there forever. At the end of my appointment Shelley says "Oh something as a simple as a gel manicure you don't call and make an appointment with me, you get who you get next time." Meanwhile I have been going to this place forever I was very annoyed that Shelley even said that to me because I am going to her to do my nails she should be happy that I even came because the place was empty and it is an extra tip for her. Well, Shelley just lost a valued customer!

This place is horrible. I had a 10 am appt. needless to say they didn’t show up till 10:45
I started with a pedicure which was terrible. As the woman’s is cutting cuticle she cut my foot and tried to hide the bleeding. WTH. As the woman was doing manicure I verbalized I was.not happy and she kept shushing me. I told her don’t shush me I’m paying for this. And if I’m not happy I’m not paying. She paid extra attention to what she was doing and did an ok job. Will
Never go back. !!!!

Polish chipped on multiple nails same day. Toes weren't done good either. I didnt have time to go back after already going.

Poorly clean and organized called days before to confirm an appointment and never got an answer, got to the place at 2 waited hour and twenty minutes to be. Seated to get an unwelcoming face, asked for a design and the answer was “we don’t do that here” had to change the person who was doing my nails twice because they were too busy gossiping about the clientele, paid for a quick dry coat and never got it, been going to this place for years and never been treated this way, always un satisfied with the work tho
