So I bought my niece a gift card for her birthday worth $50.00 and they sure did add that to my total very quickly. When she arrived all the chairs were full so she had no problem waiting to be next. After she had been waiting about 10 minutes, Holly told her that she was very busy and asked her to leave and come back another time because she didn't have time for her that day or told her that she could wait 2 hours to be seen. Very disappointed with this salon.
