This place is HORRIBLE. To start, the man that is the owner of the place did my nails. My expectation of him, would be that he should be doing some of the most spectacular work at the shop. But NO, his work was complete garbage. My acrylic was lumpy and uneven and my paint job was sloppy. I’m pretty sure my one year old daughter could do more of a satisfactory job that what he did. SECOND... The customer service. I was cursed at, yelled in front of another customer, and told that I could get one of my nails fixed because the acrylic and was done horrible. If a customer is paying you for a service, because my money is what allows you to be able to sloppily slap acrylic on someone’s nails, then you should be working on them according to the customer’s request. So as the owner, it would be in your best interest to humbly learn the meaning and quality of customer service because eventually your business will no longer stand if this is how you treat your customers. THIRDLY... If you’ve gone to school for a trade, and OBVIOUSLY nail art is your expertise, then you should be able to do exactly that. Every customer that walked in there asked for a style or design to be done, and every response was no. Your business will cease to exist if you do not step it because there are PLENTY of upcoming nail techs/artists who are doing all of the work that you could/should be doing and taking all of the money that you could/should be making. STEP IT UP KC NAILS!!!

Best place in town for an inexpensive pedicure. The girls are quick and they do an excellent job.

I've got my nails done here 3 times. All 3 times I got acrylic nails. All 3 times I've done stilletto tips. Every time, a week after getting my nails done they lift, chip, and break. This isn't supposed to happen till at the earliest a week and a half, almost two weeks. Next they're rude over the phone, over priced and from here and now on out, I refuse to go to KC nails. They can't even do designs! Like people get on the here and now please. Never going back. If I'm gonna pay $65 to get my nails done, I'll go to someone who can actually put rhynstones on them

Went as a walk in and they squeezed me in 1/2 hour later. They even stayed 30 minutes after they were suppose to be closed to complete my full set and gel nail color on hands and feet. Thanks so much

Such an awesome job.... This is the only place in Junction City that does a wonderful job on manicures and pedicures.... I went to a nail salon in Manhattan and they did not do as good as this place in Junction City
