Extremely rude stylist. Very unprofessional. Walked out of the chair after her hostile and cutting remarks. No apologies either. Have never experienced such poor behavior from an adult or at any salon. If you hate your job find another profession. Don’t take it out on the customer. I will never be back to a Great Clips. (Should change their name if they keep employees like this)

Have been going here for years! Had many stylist, but had Lance again today thankfully!! I had a TERRIBLE anxiety attack before/during/after my appointment. I have been doing my own hair since shut down but don't have thinning shears...so tried to brave the elements. Lance has always been amazing with me, but this went above and beyond given today's issues. I called a couple minutes before to let him know what was going on. I made it inside in time and he (honestly like he always has) made me feel right at home. Thankfully there were only two clients and two stylists in the building. So so grateful for Lance and natalie who took my call!!

Unorganized and complain they have to work
Also answer the phone and quit complaining you only have two staff working
