I want to give negative stars but no option.
I went on new year eve and the staff (don’t want to use her name specifically) was in so much rush she didn’t even paid attention much while shaping the nails. Later I saw multiple nail shape is weird not correctly done. Even the finish is also very rough on the edges. I just did simple manicure with half golden glitter and that too is very poorly done. Even my husband (who has no zero idea about manicures of course) said there is no pattern. Some nails have less glitter than others. Also some already got messed before drying but she was is so much hurry just told me to wait and dry. Waste of money waste of time. I would rather do it myself at home.
If you can’t give time to customer don’t book appointments on such time and just deny the appointment.

Usually a good experience. I love booking online, always clean, and friendly staff. Latest visit included my pedicurist getting too rough/aggressive and I got cut. I'll go back, hoping this was a 1x experience.

Paris did my pedicure and did a decent job for what she was up against. Had leg injury a couple of years back which caused a funky problem on my left foot toenails. Thank you Redmond, WA!!!! Be back soon!

This is a great place to come and have your nails and toes done. The spa pedicure is worth the splurge if you need to be extra pampered, but if not the classic pedicure is pretty good too.
Lots of parking and a Starbucks next door to grab a drink to enjoy while your nails are getting done.

I have been going to tips n toes for past 2 years and absolutely love their service. Their staff is warm and friendly. They work hard to make the experience great. Highly recommend them for shellac manicure and spa pedicure.
