This was my first time at this place and it was great. My appointment was at 1:30pm and as soon as I arrived I was attended by a ver nice woman, she did a manicure-pedicure and my lashes not only was it good service but it was fast. I am definitely going back and recommend this place to anyone. Good fast service and good price.

I’ve left great feedback on this place before, HOWEVER, I am never returning. I waited almost an hour for my eyebrows to get done waiting in line the girl with the hello kitty tattoo on her forehead said it was going to be 15 minute wait. Well it’s slmost an hour. How do you have specials going on for the holiday and ONLY ONE PERSON WORKING HERE????????? Then she finally comes to the front and asked if I needed anything of course I’m not sitting here for my damn pleasure she gave me an attitude about waiting then she decides to rush on me because there were other people waiting but people before me she took her time.. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

worst service ever got. went for eyebrow waxing , a old women was there and she did it in horrible way as she was in rush she hardly spent 10 mins. eyebrows were not well done. i got many times hurt and asked her to slow down and after few hours i found i got hurt and scar . she blamed that my skin is sensitive. i have done waxing since many years but never got hurt or scar. this is my second experience here. thought it might be better this time but still it was the same. be careful if you choose this place and do not get service from old lady for sure you will get disappointed and angry.

I went in for a no chip manicure, pedicure, and eyebrows. The pedicure was fantastic. They did a great job & I was super relaxed. I was pretty disappointed with the no chip manicure. First of all, I was charged $10 for them to remove the no chip that I already had on my nails. I’ve been to A LOT of nail salons & have never been charged for no chip removal when paying for a no chip manicure. When the woman was doing my manicure, she said she couldn’t cut my cuticles because they were too swollen and dry. Again, no one has ever said this to me before. I paid for the services (although I was disappointed) and left. I went home and fixed my cuticles. Two days later, the top coat on the manicure started turning a nasty yellow/green color. I am guessing that the top coat was old and/or cheap which caused the discoloration. Overall, this was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon and will absolutely not be returning.

I just left this place and it was a complete miss for me. I have natural thick eyebrows and I gave her specific instructions to keep them pretty thick and to arch them a bit. I could tell immediately she was rushing, spending about a minute on each eyebrow. She told me she was done and I looked at them seeing two completely different shapes and random hairs left everywhere as well as them being far more thin then I asked for. I’m pretty passive so I was going to let the thinness go and I just asked her to try to make the two eyebrows more similar in shape. She told me no because my “eyebrows grow differently” I have never had any other eyebrow place have any trouble before so I didn’t see what the problem was. Over all I’m just so unhappy.
