Let me first start by saying this is the first time I ever felt it was necessary to leave a review on anyplace ever. While I have continuously visited this salon over the past 3 months, I’ve grown weary of the overall run of the store. As a walk in, you’re immediately sat in a chair regardless if whether or not a technician is available. I have sat in a chair and waiting for times almost up to half hour. One technician will start you off while another will finish. There is a constant pass around of customers. What really motivated me to write this review was my most recent experience. I walked in and signed the sheet for a full set at 1:25pm and was in a chair by 1:35pm. I was asked to take a seat at one station where the technician said I would have to wait for another, who I also assume to be the manager, to finish up with another customer she was currently working with because my tech couldn’t do what I asked for. At that point I waited about 15 more minutes before I was asked to move to the other techs station. It’s just about 2pm when I sit and she begins my service. About to 20 minutes in, an appointment walks in, and the tech had just laid acrylic on my nails. She then goes onto say she was going to have me wait for just a little bit. I assumed I was because I asked for an hombre style set and had a longer cure time. She then gathers her tools and goes on to service the appointment that had just walked in. I sat and waited at an empty station while the tech from start to finish, serviced another customer. It’s 3:15 by the time she comes back and finished me up. It took everything in me to not walk out with an unfinished set. Although she is sweet and offered me a 5$ discount I’m sorry to say I will not be returning to this location.

Also known as High Society Hair Salon, my wife and I go here for our hair and other cosmetic services. The place is well kept and they offer free beer, wine, and coffee while you wait and have your hair done. If you're looking for a great stylist, I recommend Kimmy Burns.

My girlfriend and I drove by this place all the time and finally decided to come in for our anniversary. So glad we did, Ms. Vo is one of the best technicians I’ve met and reminded me a lot of my mom. Would definitely recommend!

I won't come back. I was cut 3 times with the file & cuticle stick. Sloppy work. I left with nail polish all over my skin. I was told to go home to clean the polish off my skin myself. They shouldn't let their clients leave looking like a mess. Now that my nails are growing out & I need a rebase, I can really see what s had job they did. It looks like I'm wearing Lee Press On Nails. This is the worse experience I've had with my nails.

Well where do I start??? Unfortunately Kelly sold the shop & the new owners are unknown according to the employees. Tracy the “new” manager is very rude & lies. She told me Kelly was just on vacation. I was told by employees she sold the shop. I am in there every 2 weeks & I will no longer be going there. I asked them to fix a crocked nail & they didn’t do it. I said I was unhappy w/ my nails which I never was when Kelly owned it & she won’t correct the issue. I took my daughter in for prom nails & she asked for an ombré & they gave her powder nails w/ out asking her if that’s what she wanted. Didn’t ask me anything knowing I was paying. Then proceed to charge me $48 for her nails that should have been $20-$25. Charged me more as well. I have talked to an employee several times & she has been helpful- Tracy told me she couldn’t talk to me & yelled in the phone that she was too busy & hung up on me. Very poor customer service! I will not return & I will make sure all my friends don’t either! I believe once regulars find out Kelly & her girls are no longer there - they will not continue to go there either. Next step BBB & further if necessary.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & $$$ @ THIS ESTABLISHMENT!! Go to the other salon the Kelly & her sister own in Erie- Magic Nails
