Bright, friendly, and busy co-working space a 5 minute walk from the nassau ave subway station. Coffee and tea available, as well as a barista for fancy coffee purchases (like their pirate, matcha latte). A dog friendly space.

I've had the pleasure of dealing with this space and its owner for over a year now. In the beginning, I was really excited to see how the space would transform. But now, I'm more excited by the tenant that are currently there. The current community manager is an absolute dream to work with.
PencilWorks conducts their business in a highly professional yet still laid back environment. They are flexible, friendly, and overall cool people to work with and around.

The owner is very responsive and friendly, the office manager helps you out with whatever problem you have and altogether it's a great community. They have board game nights and meet-ups and the view is amazing as well. We moved here beginning of this year and did not regret it!

Cool industrial, clean space. Great views of the city. Friendly, helpful staff.
