This review goes to Hiro, the person who did Japanese straightening on my hair. He's very calm, responsible and focused. Perfect job! He even managed to avoid over processed spots I have from 2 previous straightenings. I've been doing Japanese straightening since 2004 and, in 2011 and 2013 I had bad experiences where my hair was over processed. Recovery takes long of course because your hair needs to grow but now I have hopes again my hair will be healthy and nice looking.
