I'm writing this review because not too long ago, I went to Ritz because I was in desperate need of someone to fix my acrylic nails.
I had gone to another salon and the results were horrible. I looked on Google and saw that Ritz had wonderful reviews so I thought I'd give them a shot...with hopes that they would be able to spruce up what someone else had done.
I'm so glad that I did! I called and Alex answered. He was so patient and very kind when he answered the phone. He was more than willing to help fix my nails. He got me within the time frame that I needed and did an AMAZING job! My nails ended up looking better than ever. I love the color, quality, and shape. I'm very pleased with the finished result! The salon is very clean and well organized, which is a huge PLUS.

I am a new client and this was my first visit for a shellac manicure. It was very easy to make an appointment online and there was no wait when I arrived for my scheduled time. Alex was very nice and did an excellent job on my nails. I appreciate the fact that the salon is very clean. They also have a large selection of polish colors too choose from. I definitely will be returning!

I love it here, it’s professional and very relaxed. Amazing atmosphere and they don’t hurry you like other salons do. I switched from another salon and am very thankful that I did. Appointments are easy to make and they are VERY accommodating. My technician is the best.

I live less than a mile from this place and thought I’d make an appointment since my usual nail place couldn’t get me in. I thought - “wow, this place has a solid 5 stars. It must be amazing.” The people here were nice and the lady that did my pedicure did the best she could, but it just wasn’t great. The reason behind the 5 ⭐️ is they send you a 10% coupon if you leave them a 5 star review then prove it the next time you go. The place is very pretty ok the inside, but I didn’t feel they were professional. I waited 25 minutes over my appointment time that I was asked to come to “early so I could have a longer pedicure” yeah that wasn’t the case. Anyway, it is what it is. But there’s a reason for the 5 stars and it’s not because of the service.

If you haven’t found your go-to nail place, this is the one. Alex, Christine and T are some of the nice people I’ve ever met. They make it feel like such a welcoming and comfortable environment. The first time I came in I left feeling as though I had known them for YEARS. I’ve only had Christine do my acrylics for me thus far and when I asked her how long she’s been doing nails for, she told me 15 years. He experience truly shows in her work. She is phenomenal. She doesn’t miss an empty spot, has the most gentle hands and makes sure you love everything ❤️
I will continue to support their business for as long as I live in Sterling Heights!
