I got 2018 recker having problem with one of it pto’s button stop working sometime went to different shops no result Mr Eric worked on it looks great now i hope problem got fixed
Overall good and humble people’s will visit them again if needed

Been here twice, these guys are amazing! Their service department is well trained and very knowledgeable. Wouldn't hesitate to come back if another problem arises. Thank you again Atlantic!

I purchased a 1998 Kenworth T 2000 from Atlantic Emergency Solutions from a salesman named Danny Horton who is in the International Towing Museum Here is my problem with them I am really upset because I was looking on a new purchase of a new 35 ton heavy wrecker in Florida , but I came up on a advertisement on a older truck with LOW ORIGINAL MILES 75,000 that caught my attention really quick. I called Danny Horton and he said they still have the truck and someone else is looking at it but the truck is hardly used and in great shape freshly repainted and the Hydraulics re sealed and to hurry this won't last and it has a fresh Virginia Inspection sticker and he had someone that would finance for me . I was concerned over the milage just didn't seem rite so I called him back and voiced my concern about the milage . His reply was I know the owners the truck never leaves the Island this is Original miles and we are advertising this truck as Original miles its original . He sounded really confident and told me its ready to go back to Florida its in amazing shape I will see that when I arrive . I rent a SUV get up to the Atlantic Emergency Solutions at 6 AM ready to head back with this wonderful truck rite away Danny shows up and we start checking it out .First thing I found is oil leaking out of the boom when I raised it . His reply old oil in the boom wasn't properly cleaned . So I continued inspecting here is what I found Steering wheel worn out bad ,Rotten Oil pan , rotten exhaust system falling off clutch brake not working, brake lite not working , power steering leak remote not working , so much for the DOT Virginia sticker this truck would not pass a inspection station on the way back to Florida . I am about to walk away from the purchase when Danny Horton says I will fix the oil pan and patch the exhaust and a few other thing I felt was ok I was far from home but we have to do it now at a mechanic they use off site. I agree so he took the truck .The whole day passes I get it back some things not fixed he promised to fiche promised to send send the steering wheel to Florida . So we leave the first thing to go the wiper motor breaks off from corrosion. We make it to Florida truck still was not greased they changed the oil but not the filters (great service) we get our first job boom is leaking bad . I take the truck to Kenworth to get it properly checked and install the steering wheel he sent which was for another make and model didn't work by the way but Kenworth found that the truck really has and factually has 175,000 miles not 75,000 and told me someone tampered with the odometer , so I call Danny Horton he says nothing he can do. Also the steering wheel is no longer made or available and for Kenworth to do the job they would have to take all the accessories from the smart steering to the dash would cost thousands of dollars . So where do we go from here ? This deal is a fraud

Went to their shop in person to speak with someone and spent and hour giving notes on a wrecker build to get a quote. Three months later still unable to give me a quote. Every time I call they say they will get back to me. A quote is just a quote, not the final price and shouldn’t take more than a week to produce. In the mean time we have been able to get quotes from other manufacturers within 3-4 days. Greatly disappointed with the service and care.

Wow, what a disappointment. You intentionally travel to buy a 2019 KW rollback, no financing needed, easy sale for Jake, Marcus did the meet and greet, deal done. I went to no other place or compared prices. Guess what appreciation I got? None. It was a little over a one hundred thousand dollar purchase and Jake didn't even clean the windshield! Oh well, Matheny Motors, I'll be back. Theresa
