When I first started going there the service and quality of the work was good, so I didn't mind paying the $70.00 plus tip price. I usually get a pedicure, fills with gel powder, and gel polish. NOW the service is TERRIBLE. The older man they call Uncle, used the sanding block on my toes too hard. I told them about it and they didn't seem to care. Tina talks you to death and talks bad about other customers if they don't leave her a good tip. She has gotten very sloppy with her work and when I ask her to get all the polish off before she lays the new gel powder she seems upset that I asked her to do her job. Same thing when I ask her to correct the shape and thickness of the nail. The staff will stop assisting one client to do waxing on another person, when that person should wait their turn. They are doing sloppy work so they can get more money in and out the door. I will not be going there for nail sevices again and nor should you.

I thought the reviews were wrong since my coworker goes there... But no.Went twice. She talks entirely too much, told me which race were the worst customers, and she did a poor job on my nails. BOTH times. She also loudly discussed my "missing" toenails... They're really small. Well gee, thanks! Never again. I'll pay more to avoid that.

So I'm currently in this place n the lady that was doing my nails has no customer service skills. As she is doing a fill in n using the drill I tell her that the nail was getting hot....Not once but twice... She then tells me to relax but how..... so long story short she tells me to sit in another chair and wait for a male nail tech n helps the next customer really????? If 3 of my nails didn't have the polish removed n my boyfriend getting a pedi I would leave... this place sucks

I literally cried when I left there yesterday(bleeding fingers). An old man hurt me with the machine (gel removal only) and then my nails are so ugly and filled with too much gel polish and very messy. All the other technicians left and it was just the old man, old woman and me inside. They didn't apologize, it was closing time, and I have learned my lesson in you pay for what you get. Don't go there if you want quality service.

This place is not what it appears to be. The elderly lady that they have working is not experienced. I asked for a manicure and gel polish with no acrylic and the cost was 28.00. My nails where strong with a slight bit of acrylic on them. She use the sawdust tool and sawdust my whole nail off to the meat of my finger. I feel that it was done intentionally to cause me to get acrylic to charge more money. Once they admitted to messing up. They rudely insisted on allowing another person to do my nails and charge me the exact price of 28.00. ⚠️THIS IS A WARNING ⚠️ unless you want to be forced into getting an acrylic after solely asking for a manicure do not get your nails done at this establishment.
