I really wanted this to be my nail place, I’ve been a customer over the last 6 months and have gotten beautiful nails with acrylic. Yesterday I went in for a basic gel manicure and this was the second time I was stuck with a trainee. It took him almost two hours for a very simple and basic gel manicure with no designs. Every nail is misshaped, some are rigid and getting caught to my clothes, some are partially painted and you can see through them and my index nail was filed down so thin it’s folding like a piece of paper. I had to come home and fix them myself the best I could, I spent so much time there already that I didn’t want to have them do them over before leaving. Customers should be informed when they are being put with a trainee, and they should not be charging full price when someone does not know what they are doing. As a customer you go into an establishment expecting a professional, as customers we trust a business to have our very best interests. Unfortunately I will no longer continue to have my nails done here, it was a waste of time and money. I am completely unsatisfied with my nails and I’m sure they will be chipped and broken before the end of two weeks.

Honestly, if I’m gonna be 100% honest with anybody looking to go here if you’re a high maintenance girl like me, I do not recommend getting your nails done here. I had a long set nails with a basic design mostly french tips and got charged $110. overall, the total was 130.. 10 for a tip 6.99 for taxes on a card. The service was quick. The design was good but for that amount of money bring extra money because, it’s not worth it if I went to any other nail salon easily would be $80 plus a tip they charged me 50 extra of course I’m not gonna be rude but I did question it and she said 75 for the length and 35 for design I get the 75 part, but doesn’t the design come with the nail if it’s not a whole art piece i’m very experienced with getting my nails done but completely shocked by this..

Always love how my nails come out here! Vivian is amazing. I’ve gone here so many times and absolutely love it every time! They do get very busy towards the end of the week. Appointments - don’t even bother, it’s easier to walk in.

I’ve been getting my nails done here for years, all of a sudden the owner has been extremely rude, a couple of days ago I went in there for a fill with the same girl I always go to. Lindsay, the owner instantly started talking about me in her language and started pointing at me to the point where everyone that works for her was making a point to stop what they were doing and look at me. She’s super unprofessional and rude and do they like not think we know they’re talking about us when the entire salon is looking at you after she just spoke in her language. It’s ridiculous.
