It was fine. I asked multiple times for extensions (didn't know the term was acrylics) but they just gave me gel polish. This was my first time visiting so I didn't want to be rude and maybe they did hear me and I'm not familiar with the process but after the 3rd time I gave up and just tried to enjoy it. But it was very awkward... A bit messy and chaotic too.

Emily JOhnson, you've every right to give a 1 star review as this is the biggest scam location I have ever been too as one of the products I actually purchased a groupon for is not even listed under the list of services rendered as they are not even licensed for it. definitely a place i NEVER recommend to anyone. She is a scam and will get you to pay for services VENMO or ZELLE that way its automatic fees to her that you cannot dispute.

The service was really poor and very unsystematic.
Waxing was done in a haphazard manner with no clear start and end point.It seemed like the parlour lacked professionals with prior experience.
