It’s too overpriced for something that you’re not asking them to do. They do whatever they feel like doing and when you asked nicely to fix the mistake that she did, she doesn’t want to fix it and they don’t want you ask them to do to your nails

Lisa is the best one there she's appointment only I lover her !! I come all the time i love this place good environment your not rushed at all they take their time fair prices i will say that when it comes to your mani be careful who you go to because theres a select few that tend to mess up

Horrible experience. Zero stars. Went with my sisters on 9/3/18 Labor Day. The lady doing my nails told me matte was ugly when I asked to have my nails done that way and cut me and the lady beside me twice. One of my sisters wanted her nails cut more even, which the lady responded by screaming that she was going to charge more. The manager came over and checked out the nails and agreed with us that they were crooked. My youngest sister had tips added to her nails and each one had large dips in them due to the lack of dipping powder put on them at the beginning and her nail technician was on a chat video room while doing her nails and had her phone propped up the entire time. Will never return again. Also they have ants and I was bite while waiting for my feet to dry under the heat lamp.

I went in there Friday afternoon and got my nails done I paid 27 dollars for a full set and when Saturday hit 5 nails had already piped of by Sunday I had no more nails I went in there Tuesday morning and told them what happened they started Talking in Chinese laughing while she was holding my nails and the lady that did my nails were sitting right there and they told me I would have to wait it out where to get them re-done and I was going to have to pay again

Worse service ever. Nails messed up. Asked to fix and she stated it looked perfect. First and last time going there.
