Don’t let Beverly Hills location fool you. Avoid at all costs unless you want an infection. Very UNSANITARY. They don’t sanitize equipment, wear gloves, or wash their hands going from customer to customer or taking calls on their cell while doing your nails.
Very rude, the nail lady got mad at me and rolled her eyes because I asked to try on 4 different orange colors.
They are more focused on seeing as many customers as possible than actually doing a quality job.
The icing on the cake was the TOE INFECTION from the unsanitary tools (toe infection pics included). I wish I could sue.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! There are so many other mail places in Los Angeles. This is the worst place I’ve ever been. I called and they told me to come in and that they would have time for me. I sat there for an hour. I finally asked how much longer it would be and they told me they could not see me any more. Do not. Do not go here.

Asked for acrylics. Was shuffled around from Tech to Tech. They tried to convince me not to get acrylics. I should have listened, stupid me. They put on a new set. It looked good but three weeks later when I came in for a fill eight of them came off. They did not use primer. This is a churn and burn kind of place. It's okay for a regular manicure pedicure or gel nails but that's it.

Very nice staff but the work was not good at all. Price was decent but I rather pay more and have it done right. I got gel x for $60 and all the nail polish was not smooth out - it was all pulled to the edges so. I attached pictures of my pink nails.

I loved my nails they came out rlly good I called maybe at 1:50 for a medi and pedi she was kind and it was for 3:00 I got here 3:20 picked the color and everything and it came out rlly cute and they gave me a massage for my hand at the end loved it!!!!💞💞😍😍
