I would not recommend this place. Very rushy and they do not value customer service. The male technician was not helpful in helping me find the color I wanted, and rushed me while I was deciding. He told me he didn’t have time to make any changes or adjustments, didn’t even ask me if I liked them.

Staff is very nice and professional. I have finally found a establishment that does terrific work. I started with no nails about 1mnth ago I have now the most beautiful healthy nails ever.

I have been a very good loyal customer to this establishment for a few years and have even recommended it to my own clients as well. I was just in to receive my normal dip and pedicure and the first person who was going to do my nails was so terrible to me. She didn’t speak the best English and had someone explain that she wasn’t going to change the color if I didn’t like it. She threw the color choices at me and walked away. They know me here as I’ve asked for color changes before, they have “matching color samples” but once put on they don’t match at all so yes, I’ve asked for it to be changed. I said, “I’m paying for service and a good paying customer…as a business owner I would never treat a customer this way”. I then requested for someone else to do my nails. The manger took over and I almost burst into tears right in the middle of the nail salon. I will NOT be back after this awful experience.

Service was decent outside of technicians questioning the powder I chose to pay for on my nails there is no complaint. I was mislead over the phone into thinking a gel pedi/ mani for a child was $28 it was $35. They also charge $18 for gel polish on top of what was paid for a fresh set. I paid because I didn’t ask again when I arrived but that minor detail took the tip money from the nail techs. Instead of the $15 a piece I planned for them they only received $6 because I was misquoted and didn’t bring enough cash. Service was decent but I shall not return because polish shouldn’t be more than $5.00-$8.00 especially considering the children are both under 12.

Someone recommended this place and said it was good so I made an appointment for my friend for 11:30 today and this is what happened ...they took her back to do her pedicure and it took two hours and 40 minutes to do... She had to keep repeating to the guy are you going to trim my nails are you going to do my calluses are you going to the wax he still didn't understand what she was saying... She called me and I told her just leave it does not take two hours and 40 minutes to do a pedicure and she still hadn't had her nails done either I would not recommend place ...Having feet redone at a better place ...They should of given my friend a discount
