They are supposed to open at 9 am. They are never open at 9. I kept going back because they did a great job, but I stopped by on Tuesday at 9:15 and they weren't open. So, I went somewhere else, and I won't be back.

This shop used to be called Star Hair and Nails. I've been going here on and off for 7 years for gel manicures and eye brow wax. They used to be AMAZING! Most of the techs knew me and my kids and took great care of us. I've watched owners and techs rotate out. And slowly stopped getting gel manicures and started doing my nails at home. I went for a gel manicure/pedicure 2 weeks ago and they were giving all their customers a coupon for $15 gel manicures. I wasnt fully pleased with the manicure, it did start peeling and lifting a week later but i went back to use my coupon 2 weeks later to get a new color. HOPING this would be better. NOPE. While my nails soaked off the gel, she offered to cut my boyfriends hair. She said it wouldnt take long so we agreed. When she finally got back to me and started my gel base coat, it was LUMPY. I asked her to get the base coat off and it just worse from there. She didnt even shape my nails right or even! And i still have old gel polish on my nails. Then she blamed me for it taking long because she cut my boyfriends hair. Another lady offered to fix and finish me and i just wanted to go. And then they both started making excuses for not being able to apply a nice base coat. I was so done and told them they should accept responsibility for a bad job and the younger lady called me rude and disrespectful. I then mentioned that they probably give $15 gel manicure coupons to everyone cuz they know they aren't good at them. She got mad at me (i didnt care at that point) and called me disrespectful again. I paid for my boyfriends hair cut and my 2 daughters regular polish change (along with a $5 tip for the lady who did the kids nails) and left. My nails look horrible now and I literally cried in my car. Plus there are cuts near my cuticles now so they hurt now too.
ETA: my boyfriend just brought to my attention that the lady cleaned up half his face but didn't do the other side!!! I CAN NOT BELIEVE THIS!
